  • Located just steps away from Texas A&M, Northgate, and Century Square! You'll feel right at home in this private, newly remodeled guest apartment. An easy walk to College Station's entertainment destinations, great restaurants, shops, and more! The suite has its own private entrance, kitchenette, and bathroom.  Efficiency style studio apartment. This space was designed with luxury and comfortability in mind. Enjoy a great night's rest on the queen-sized memory foam mattress. Sip a cup of coffee in the spacious living room area. There is a queen-sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress pad for use if there are more that 2 guests. Located in the Northgate Entertainment District across from Texas A&M University and walking distance to Century Square. Driveway parking available for one vehicle. Street parking available after 5pm M-F and on weekends. 5 minute walk to Northgate entertainment district and Century Square. 20 minute walk to Kyle Field. 10 minute drive to Downtown Bryan. No street parking M-F 8-5pm.
