"Clean apartment, great views from lounge, shower and toilet very clean, kitchen very well equipped. Situation perfect in the middle of loads of very good restaurants. What wasn’t so good was that there wasn’t any WiFi, the double bed dipped in the middle and the pillows were more like bolsters. But all in all we enjoyed our stay there."

"We had a great stay during July/August ‘25. The house is beautiful, really comfortable, spacious & very well equipped. Great pool & outside area. Jean is very kind, friendly & quickly responds if you need anything. The villa is in a great position, close to beautiful beaches, lovely towns and amenities. It’s also really peaceful. Thank you, Jean. Thoroughly recommend!"

"This could easily have been an excellent experience but it was spoiled by: Check-in - told by the owner that we didn't have a booking! Room - overlooked a construction site (no mention on booking or check-in). Started at 7.00 two days. Bathroom - cramped Monday 16th - construction and gardening/clearing noise all day. Pool - not available for an early swim, still being cleaned at 10.45! Shame really as the hotel is well located, spotless and the staff are lovely and friendly. "

"Friendly welcome to traditional French town house. Good position overlooking Canal du Midi. Nice to stay in somewhere that has character, certainly not a bland chain hotel. Good traditional French breakfast on terrace. "
