Relax and recharge in this oasis of calm and elegance. "Casa dei 20 frutti" is the perfect place to spend a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature and just a few minutes from the sea. A breathtaking view frames the terrace and the pool.
The villa has been renovated (2023) and equipped with all comforts (heat pumps/air conditioning, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, private swimming pool) to enjoy a holiday in complete autonomy and tranquility both in summer and in winter.
You will find 3 bedrooms, one of which can also be used as a studio, for those who need to work during their vacation.
There is a main bathroom on the ground floor and a private bathroom in the bedroom in the mezzanine.
All rooms are furnished with taste and high quality, maintaining the original character of a typical Sicilian bourgeois house.
The house will be for the exclusive use of the guests, who will also be able to enjoy the fruit garden that surrounds the house. The villa is located in the heart of a larger property, who the lanlords produce local fruits and olive oil.
