"Great room overlooking the pool area. Very lush property with great landscaping. Excellent location. 10 minutes to the Blue Mountain village. 10 minutes to Downtown Collingwood. Lots of shopping and restaurant options locally. The facility has been renovated with Wyndham the purchaser. The restaurant food in the hotel was excellent. I enjoyed our two night getaway. Would definitely go back. Great room rates for this standard. My negative observations were as follows. The renovation was a tremendous improvement but you can see areas where the budget was considered. The re-use of some furniture in the rooms, walls ere painted but in areas you could see remnants of the old colour. The rooms have the world's smallest bathrooms. The restaurant in the hotel was never busy but the one night I planned on eating dinner there I could not get a table...even though it was not busy...due to a staffing issue. We ended up going to the village instead. The hotel is still undergoing renovations but we were never inconvenienced. The Gym was new and amazing with brand new equipment. The tennis court was tired and definitely not to a standard for regular players. OVERALL THE HOTEL AND STAFF MADE FOR A GREAT GETAWAY ! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !"

"Wonderful service provided by front staff, breakfast had lots of variety felt satisfied with the service. But the i gave 4 star and not 5 is the lady at breakfast. First of all she saw me struggling with waffle maker, instead of saying anything she just started preparing waffle for me. And after that i saw her being polite and greeting other customers but with us she didn’t even smile or greet us. I felt little bad about that. I don’t want to say she is being racist maybe there can be another reason. However, overall experience was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to people who are looking for relaxing outing."
