"My husband and I were driving from Tennessee to Arizona and decided to stay overnight in Laurel to check out the HGTV hometown. "The owner made sure everything was ready. She called me to see how my travels were going. She sent me the code to enter the house. The kitchen took us back to the 50’s and 60’s. Finding the hidden washer was so fun! The furniture took us back to our grandparents’ home. So fun! We stayed on a street where two homes had appeared on Hometiwn! "

"This was our once a year girls trip and we had a wonderful time. the house is beautiful and well maintained. We had all the information we needed on parking and entrance codes. Our host was easy to get hold of and extremely helpful. The house is not more than 5 to 7 minutes away from everything. We recommend staying at the 7th Ave Manor."

"We were looking forward to staying at The Edlin House, and it lived up to our expectations--and then some! But we have to agree with others who have stayed there that it needs a new sofa! The cushions are smashed beyond comfort, and they are not the kind that you can flip from one end of the sofa to the other.
