Staff support was fine. Roach crawling on the bed toilet was covered behind seat in nastiness shower was disgusting no hot water whatsoever. People smoking pot on balcony and yelling fighting obviously low class unemployed people staying there. This is the worse run motel I’ve ever stayed at. It was horrific

The hotel next door definitely has drug activity. Our floor was filthy. It had rained, so i wiped up water and the towel was black from the dirt on the floor. It looked like dried poop on the floor in the corner, Dirty fingerprints on the doors. They accept pets but the only place for the dogs to go potty was next to the main road. It was VERY loud. However, the staff was very friendly.

While the staff was nice and helpful, the room was not terribly clean. Linens and mattresses were clean but there was dirt in the corners of the room and the bathroom was in poor material condition. My son ran around barefoot on the floor (no carpet) and his feet would get absolutely filthy.

Could use some TLC

The first room we got smelled like old moldy beach/mop water. Gave me a headache so we asked to switch rooms and the front desk guy was super friendly and showed me two other rooms. First one again had that smell so the next one we moved to was no odor like that one. The bed was comfortable but needs renovation. Boards on windows and cracks around doors. The carts used by staff are completely unsanitary and saw a maid with a dirty mop. Towels and bed linens put on outside air conditioners while room is cleaned. Front desk gentleman and his wife were some of the nicest people.

There is a sign on the door that says to lock deadbolt for your protection, but the deadbolt did not work. The faucet in the shower was coming off the wall. There was very little water, and it was tricky turning it off. The toilet seat/lid were not clean. Towels were stained. Check-in process was easy. Vending machine was stocked. Bed and floor in the room appeared to be clean. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well.

The AC was the only good thing about it. It is full of bums, and they overprice everything. They put me into a dirty room when I first checked in, with holes in the sheets and the curtains, dirt on the walls and some kind of black substance that looked like mold. If you can afford not to, do not stay here.

This place is full of semi-homeless people smoking pot and airing their domestic disputes outside their rooms. People are living here permanently. The back building where I stayed has broken down cars that never moved all week taking up parking spaces. My key quit working all five days I stayed there so I was constantly back and forth to the office and the young man working in the office acted like I was inconveniencing him when I would ask for a new key. The only working ice machine was at the other end of the complex. I have stayed here before but never again.

I couldn’t even get into the rooms with the first 4 keys they gave me. said the system was messed up or something. the maintenance worked on the door for 15 minutes and we needed up waiting 2 hours to get into the room and getting comfortable. Then the sheets were musty and stained . I started to get a refund but all i kept telling myself was this is just one night and I’m leaving in the morning. I’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t nearly as bad as this time.
