Great location, friendly staff

Comfortable hotel room, great location, and very friendly staff - they even lent my daughter and I an umbrella when it rained one day! The hotel is so convenient… several steps from the Main Street to start your exploration of the area. Highly recommend it.

My stay at hotel Ibis in Colmar.

This was not an exclusive kind of hotel but it was very fresh and the service standard was outstanding. I am 73 years old and have stayed at hotel all over the world but very seldom experienced this kind of service level. If I ever will come back to Colmar I will for sure book at this hotel once again. I will highly recommend it to my friends and relatives.

Nice but not as comfortable as I would expect

Nice, but not as comfortable as I would expect of an Ibis hotel. Service is friendly, breakfast is good and the beds are fine. Location is excellent and there is a paid public car park available right in front of the hotel. Rooms are tiny, however, and bathrooms quite squeezed, similar to what I would expect of a budget hotel.

At arrival a parkingspace in a closeby garage. An amazing big room and bed on the groundfloor. All kind of free extra’s like coffee and tea and snacks. A mini breakfast for small eaters. Walking distance to the historic centre. And on top very nice staff. This hotel was a treat.

Family of 4, we found the room to be perfect for us. Well thought out & designed, appreciated the USB charging points next to each side of the bed. We’d asked for a roll-away bed as an extra and it was set up for us. Would have liked to have had a kettle in the room. Didn’t think to ask for one as being English we brought our own! We stayed a Sun & Mon in July and it was quiet. Would stay there again and would recommend it.

There are parking possibility in a near supermarket at cheap price thanks To a convention with the hotel. Hotel is simple and well positioned vs the city center. Nice stay.
