This is my go to hotel in Madrid. Excellent place, shuttle to airport is large so it’s not hard to get a spot. Very convenient since it has several places to eat right inside the hotel. Beautiful rooms.

Modern hotel with a unique musical theme throughout as its name would imply. Very clean and secure with very helpful staff. Ideal location in Madrid Centro. Tremendous number of shops, restaurants, and cultural amenities within easy walking distance.

Great helpful service, great location, great breakfast! We would definitely stately stay here again. The front desk helped us with dinner reservations, tours, and gave us a free upgrade. Overall a very positive experience!

The room had windows but looking inside and felt claustrophobic..

Heritage Madrid was the perfect place to stay for my first visit to the city. The location made it easy to explore Salamanca on foot, and I loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants and cafés. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from check in to departure, and they made the hotel feel genuinely welcoming. The architecture and décor are beautiful, with so much character and attention to detail. It feels elegant without being over the top, and coming back each evening was something I genuinely looked forward to.
