Colmenarejo Holidays

Great concept poorly executed. A window with no curtains overlooking a brightly illuminated walkway made for a difficult sleep. An extra bed for our son placed next to a loudly vibrating maintenance hatch. The reception staff seemed to be well aware of the problems. “Sabemos” (“we know”) was the response to our feedback at checkout. A shame as the overall hotel is lovely with a solid concept that could be exceptional.

it was within the airport, didn't have to go outside.

Restaurant was so so. The room was big and spacious and bed comfortable. My main issue was with location. It is a 15 minute walk tot he metro and far from most of the historical sites. Noise can be an issue too as it is across the street from the hospital. The restaurant lacked ambience or selection of food. Over disappointed with the location and amenities.
