"We were paying an inflated rate due to being in town for a concert so every hotel hiked up their prices which honestly expected so not a huge issue however my issue is when the toilet in our room didn’t flush. We had to remove the lid to the bowl every time and do it manually. We called to the front desk to fix and they gave us a VERY temporary fix that I think lasted for one flush before we had to revert to taking off the lid of the bowl. This is not okay no matter how much we paid to stay there so considering how much we did pay makes it even worse!"

"The room was clean, decent size, true queen sized beds (not doubles) and it was comfortable. Got in late, slept and left. Didn’t get to enjoy the amenities. "

"Place is great. Minus the strong animal odor in the room caused bad allergy reactions. :( Also, bring earplugs if your a light sleeper. Airflow vent from the ceiling, is so darn loud."

"Outside Building siding is dangling in some parts. Carpet needs replaced. King suite had no hvac control unit. Stayed two nights, both mornings for breakfast was bad experience cause no one kept the it stocked and was out of alot of stuff. Staff was nice and friendly. The pool and hot tub was relaxing to enjoy."

"Checking process was a little slow. But room ended up being nice. Pool area and hottub was a nice addition. And the free breakfast was actually really good."

"Stayed a couple nights for a concert. Staff is very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. They even put out a nice spread for everyone after the concert!"
