not to bore you with our story, i want to make sure that Muhammad at the Leonard Hotel(not the Leonardo Royal) is recognized for the help and assistance he gave to us. in the middle of a bad situation, he remained calm and knew exactly what to do to help us. he then gave us a wonderful gift. thank you Muhammad. but for the kindness of this stranger our vacaton could have been ruined.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and the shuttle was extremely handy to use due to location of hotel. The room was really really nice! One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The pillows were very soft and fluffy and the bed was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend staying here. The breakfast service was also very good, tasty and we really enjoyed the hotel breakfasts.

Staff and hotel itself was great. To be called Royal, it may need some manicured landscaping. Completely surrounded by weeds right now. That’s what you see in elevator and from room windows.

Modern and clean but no food

Hotel was modern, clean and friendly. However there was extremely limited food options, the restaurant was closed most of the stay and the bar menu was essentially pita bread or a burger…there are no options near by for any alternative places to eat.

Excellent hotel. I was able to arrange for an early check in. Yummy breakfeast. Free shuttle from the airport. I was going to take a taxi from Bonn airport but the taxi drivers said a taxi works for the hotel. I just had to give my receipt in. Very good beds,quiet but tge covers were too hot and thus tge room was too hot. Great service.

Leonardo Royal good for late arrival

Arrived very late due to flight delay. Had to call hotel for airport transfe. The phone in the arrivals is for a different Leonardo hotel so there was some confusion. Reception was friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was lovely, beds ok.Fidnt stay for breakfast which was 22 each. Hotel is out on its own, we got an Uber into the city centre.

Fabulous hotel close to the airport. Fortunate enough to get an upgrade. Only downside is bathroom door is glass and so in the night if the light is switched on it lights up the bedroom also.
