Sehr freundlicher Empfang der Besitzerin, die man allerdings vorher mit Angabe der Ankunftszeit anrufen muss, da der Empfang nicht permanent besetzt ist. Zimmer (unter der Dachschräge) sehr sauber und gut mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Wegen der Dachschräge ist die Kopfhaltung nicht immer optimal, aber für einige wenige Übernachtungsnächte erträglich. Zimmerservice hatten wir keinen, aber vielleicht ist das übers Wochenende normal. Der Pensionseingangsbereich könnte informativer gestaltet werden, da man nach den ersten Schritten den Eindruck hat, dass man falsch sei und dann in der Gaststätte nachfragt, dort aber eine eher unfreundliche Auskunft erhält, dass die Gaststätte nicht für die Pension zuständig sei. Die Zufahrt zu dem innen gelegenen Parkplatz ist auf Grund der engen Durchfahrt gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber machbar. Insgesamt war das gebuchte Zimmer für die wenigen Tage, die wir mit 2 Personen dort waren eine zufriedenstellende Unterkunft.

Da in Ihrer Buchungsbestätigung kein Hinweis auf ` vorher bei denen anrufen mit Telefonnummer ... ` stand, kam es zu einem Nervenkrieg. Expedia hat mir erst am 26.06. 2019 um 10:12 Uhr eine gesonderte Mitteilung gesendet, wo diese wichtige Info drin stand. Ich stand vor verschlossener Pensionstür und habe die Telefonnummer die an der Tür stand ca. 8 Mal angerufen. Immer wieder sprang das Band an. Dann habe ich fünf SMS ´n an die gesendet und habe ca. 45 Minuten auf eine Rückantwort warten müssen. Da war ich aber schon wieder fast auf der Autobahn um mich bei MC donalds umzuziehen und etwas frisch zu machen, weil ich anschließend einen Termin hatte. Ich habe als sie mich endlich zurück rief überreden lassen zurück zu fahren, ich war mit meinen Nerven total am Ende. Und dann kam ich war ja klar zu spät zu meinem Termin. Aus diesem Grund habe ich überhaupt das Zimmer gebucht. Weil der Termin jetzt verschoben wurde und alles umsonst war, bin ich noch am gleichen Tag nach Hause gefahren. Ich habe mit der Besitzerin gesprochen, die war jetzt bereit das Buchung zu stornieren. Ging aber nicht weil ich über euch gebucht habe. Also bezahlte ich die `Nichtübernachtung`und sie bat mir an an einem anderen Datum dann kostenfrei zu übernachten. Als ich einen Tag später fragte, weil ich ja nicht weiß wann ich überhaupt noch mal da bin, ob sie mir das Geld zurück überweist. Ihre Angestellte wurde frech und drehte mir sogar noch das Wort im Mund um. Und vom Wirt nebenan bin ich bedroht worden

die Unterkunft hat keine Rezeption. Bei meiner Ankunft habe ich wie vereinbart die Handynummer angerufen und innerhalb weniger Minuten kam auch jemand um mich rein zu lassen. Konnte dann auch gleich die Abrechnung erledigen, so war die Abreise am nächsten morgen kein Problem. Auf dem Zimmer war eine Kapsel Kaffeemaschine. So hatte ich noch einen Kaffee. Es gibt kein Frühstück. Insgesamt ein gutes Erscheinungsbild und für meinen Zweck genau (Feier zum 60.Geburtstag von einem Freund) richtig
