Very cute hotel with a ton of character and charm. Extremely friendly staff al hours of the day/night. Bar in lobby is nice as well and lively. Never having been to cologne before, the location was perfect and allowed me to see everything I wanted in a short stay. Many many good restaurants in a short walking distance. Area was lively at night, and hotel felt safe. Only thing was the room had a semi private bathroom, due to design, but we figured it out and enjoyed thoroughly. I’m aware this is American of me to say that, but I believe it can be helpful to some. Great hotel, food, drinks, area. Would definitely stay again at Ruby Ella

Cool & trendy hotel in a perfect location

Very cool, trendy hotel with a great, laid back atmosphere. Perfect location. The rooms were amazing & the staff were brilliant. We loved it!

I had the best experience at Ruby Ella. The staff was lovely and so helpful. I loved the hotel. It was so modern and cool. I would totally recommend to any one and I will try to stay at their locations from here on out. It was a great experience.

Great central location, clean and modern design, comfy bed, soap/shower gel in refillable containers (more environment friendly), great value for that price I had an issue with my pre-payment not being visible and ended up being charged twice but the staff was very friendly and patient while trying to roll it back

Design, comfort, treat yourself

Rooms and common area are spotless, the overall perception is of a very clean and fresh place. The design of the hotel, rooms, bar and lounge is amazing, rooms are particularly spacious also thanks to spaces designed to maximise natural light and comfort. Breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen, fit with the expectations one could have in such context. Bar also, I'd recommend the nice selection of Guns. Late checkout options available at a fair price I'd say. Staff is friendly, professional and give a major contribute to an overall awesome experience

Cologne is great and this is a great area, but pick a different hotel. 0/10 I'm usually very understanding, but wow. AC broken, electrical generally on the fritz, rooms missing some basics like a phone and clock/alarm. When approached about the ac being broken, staff, especially what seemed to be management could only shrug and say "yeah that happens but we can't do anything since we're sold out". This includes when giving a private review after my stay, again, shrug... "we'll look into it and make sure our staff get better training"... Next time, try at least a refund instead of leaving a customer in a roasting-hot room with flickering lights for a week. To be clear, this isn't some front-desk or general hotel worker's problem, those folks seemed to genuinely care but just had no way to help, if this is known to happen I doubt they had insufficient training given that even when communicating directly they didn't give even a partial refund. I hate to think the lower level might get blamed, but wow worst hotel stay I've had in a long time.

Ein cool designtes Hotel mitten im Geschehen des Kölner Zentrums. Gelegen zwischen Altstadt und Belgischem Vierten. In zweiter Reihe am Hohenzollernring mit eigenem Parkplatz und Tiefgarage. Moderne Zimmer im Industriedesign und eingerichtet mit Liebe für Details. Hippe Bar ganztägig geöffnet. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl frischer Lebensmittel und diversen Frühstücksgetränken. Wir fühlten uns wohl und würden wieder dort übernachten.

Ich finde, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht besonders passend ist. Die Leute im Service waren super nett, allerdings war unser Zimmer bspw. Lediglich für eine Person eingerichtet, woraufhin ich 2x darum bitten musste eine zweite Decke, ein zweites Handtuch zu bekommen, bis es dann klappte. Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer gereinigt und es wurden von der Reinigungskraft jene zwei Handtücher gegen wieder nur eins ausgetauscht. Kann alles passieren, aber es war schon arg nervig. Man zahlt ja schon Knall 500€ für 3 Nächte. Zimmer sind klein, keine Schränke, nichts besonderes. Lage ist top!

Das Personal ist umwerfend freundlich. Gute zentrale Lage mit vielen Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Günstige Ladestationen für E-Autos in der Tiefgarage. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Der Aufenthalt im Ruby Ella wat insgesamt sehr schön! Das Frühstücksangebot wirklich gut, nichts von der Stange. Da wird jeder fündig! Die ständige Verfügbarkeit von Gratisgetränken wie aromatisiertes Wasser, wirklich top!Das Zimmer war immer sauber, das Bett wirklich gut, sehr angenehme Matratze! Kleiner Kritikpunkt, bitte mal im Bad in der Dusche auf die Ecken und Gummilippen achten. Sonst wären es 5 Sterne in diesem Bereich geworden! Lediglich die Nacht vom Samstag zum Sonntag wurde durch eine gegenüberliegende Disco bis in die Morgenstunden gestört. Zusammengefasst, wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!
