Wonderful hotel, felt very luxurious and comfy. Loved the AC and fridge in the room, highly recommend! It’s also in a great location, you can get to many places within 10-25 minutes of walking.

Bit noisy at night due to the traffic outside but to be expected as the location is in the center of the city. Parking next to the hotel. Nicely decorated lobby and hotelroom. Good breakfast.

Great stay in Cologne

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Location is excellent, access is easy, parking is available in the poublic car park beneath the hotel.

Stylish, clean and spacious rooms.

Great stay, good location few stops away from heumarkt with a short walk to Dom. very stylish and clean hotel. Rooms are very spacious and water pressure in the shower is excellent! Would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Cologne. Only niggle I have is that the room AC wouldn’t cool the room no matter the setting, room got a little uncomfortable during the night.

The hotel was easy to find. About a 20 minute walk from the centre of Cologne. Our room wasn’t quite ready but we were offered a courtesy drink while we waited which wasn’t long at all. Great customer service. Room was clean.

The view was amazing. The hotel was very luxurious. The room very spacious. We loved every part of our stay there. The only thing i would have a negative remark on is the pillows. They were just bags of air. Not nice.

spectacular but too hot

My room was on the 9th floor and spectacular view of the cathedral. The one big issue I had was the air-conditioning didn't cool the room from 24 C degrees and was therefore too hot to sleep. I couldn't open the windows either. I was bummed because this was my second stay at this hotel which is located in the middle of bustling center.

Clean and modern room but sadly the smells of sewage and mold was very prominent in the bathroom. Luckily with a closed door it stayed in there.

I had high expectations for this property based on staying at previous properties in Germany and the price point. I was disappointed. It was overpriced, but a lot. The rooms are not that great and they are not soundproof.. Sleeping was terrible both nights. The rolladens didn't work either. No free water in the room either. I expected more for $200/night. I will say the breakfast was the shining star during the stay and why I gave this 3/5 rating.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, first of all the heating was broken in our room. They were kind enough to give up a free upgrade because there were no free rooms in the same category. The heating was also not working in the room we were moved to. The room service personnel were super loud in the hallways early in the morning. Lastly, the cleanliness was not the best, there were sticky spots on the floor.
