"This is excellent temporary lodging for families needing to explore the area for more permanent options. The property and rooms are accessible with excellent parking and ramps included. Staff are truly attentive and accommodating and guests need only pack a change of clothes, swimwear (which they may wash in the for-fee laundry room), and an appetite for the sumptuous, hot breakfast in the lobby as rooms are well equipped with all other essentials. Families can hang out or work out together on property. A trip to the grocery store and the family is home together for dinner. Or they can order in. Ours is a Hilton brand family; Home2Suites comes second only to Embassy Suites for us!"

"I have stayed in many budget hotels in Richmond Hill over the years, and this is by far the best. I give credit to the person who checked me in when i arrived. He gave me a room that would make it easy to unpack the car and to take the dog out when she needed. The room was fine and the bed was comfy. The AC worked fine. Couldn't get many channels on the TV -- less than basic. The pool was drained, not that we would have used it but if you do want to go for a swim, you are out of luck. I did not know that Pets stay free, and was super impressed by this. Would highly recommend if you are on a road trip and just need a place to sleep overnight."

"a convenient location - next to many fast food restaurants and close to the highway. It was nice to have the drinking water and the hot coffee available in the lounge. Most of all, the front desk was very kind and thoughtful."
