The grounds and hot pools are amazing! Loved it. Our room was great but very loud. I could hear a little child walking upstairs. I would ask for a room on an upper floor. Otherwise we loved our stay.

Everything was great. The pools and hot tubs were clean and uncrowded. The room was fantastic with a great volcano view and the staff was very helpful. No kids running around added to the experience.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hot springs are wonderful! The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was exceptional- fresh squeezed orange juice, omelette bar, etc. We will stay there again!
