"Das Zimmer war schon bisschen abgerockt. Nicht richtig sauber, teilweise Dinge schon sehr abgenutzt, Tür hat geklemmt. Mitarbeiter teilweise sehr nett und hilfsbereit, teilweise kaum englisch und keinen Servicegedanken. (Bestellung falsch verstanden, falsche Drinks geliefert, Essensbestellung nach langer Wartezeit erst hinterfragt.) Gym? Es sollte Arobic Raum heißen… Nur limitierte und schlechte Ausstattung. Auswahl und frische beim Frühstück so lala.. Staff kommt mit Bestellungen, sauber machen und auffüllen kaum hinterher. Brotmesser extrem dreckig und Toaster nur halb funktional."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Spain. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—there was a great variety of fresh, delicious options each morning, which set us up perfectly for the day. While the hotel itself met our expectations in terms of comfort and service, the surrounding area was not quite what we had hoped for. As more mature travelers, we tend to prefer a quieter, more upscale location, and this neighborhood felt a bit less refined than we would typically choose. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with an excellent breakfast, this hotel is a solid option. Just keep in mind the location may be better suited to those seeking a livelier, more casual setting."

"Staff were rude at times. I had to upgrade to fit our family in the room and the whole stay, they kept telling me the room was for 3 x people only, even to the point of housekeeping coming back to remove the extra bed they had just put up! Our room number was neither on any breakfast sheets so were always questioned if we had paid for it or not. No information on how to try the kids club. Spa staff were rude, wouldn’t even let the kids wear goggles to swim in the pool. Not a 5* experience. The hotel itself is nice and very well done."

"Nuestra estancia en el Inturotel Cala Esmeralda durante los últimos 4 días. Solo para compartir un poco de nuestra historia: mi esposa y yo realmente necesitábamos esto. Llevamos casados más de cinco años y tuvimos un año muy difícil debido a mis problemas de salud. Nos sentimos como en casa y muy bien atendidos. Pudimos hacer ejercicio, comer bien y disfrutar de las hermosas vistas y playas de Mallorca. Es un lugar increíble. Fue una gran transición hacia la nueva etapa que nos espera. Por muy increíble que sea este hotel (con su hermoso diseño, comodidades y confort), no sería lo que es sin las personas que lo hacen funcionar. Es increíble ver a un grupo tan diverso de personas trabajando juntas con un trabajo en equipo tan fluido. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles caros por todo el mundo, pero nunca he visto un equipo tan bueno como el de aquí. Quienquiera que se encargue de las contrataciones está haciendo un trabajo fantástico."

"Our stay was only for 4 days and the location was perfect ! The only thing, the hotel is a bit nosy or the walls are too thin. But than again it’s right where it’s super busy by the board walk beach front !"
