Brand new basement apartment right on Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City, just a few blocks from downtown Colorado Springs. Enjoy high-end finishes and custom touches throughout this property. Guests will enjoy a full kitchen with two private bed rooms and a living room. Also, there is a full bathroom and washer and dryer. This is a basement unit, with a surprising amount of natural light.

Undoubtedly the best part about this property is the location. With great restaurants, breweries and shops within short walking distance. Places such as Cerberus brewing Co., Front Range Bbq, 403 West, European Cafe, just to name a few. Manitou Springs is a short 5 minute drive, along with the Garden of the Gods, and Downtown is literally 5 blocks away. Discounts for weekly and monthly rates are available. Longer term leases also available, just message me for details. This property is also available in a second configuration with access to the upper level apartment, with 3 bedrooms and another full kitchen and living room. Modern unit

The apartment was very clean and modern. The check-in process was a little unclear and had issues reaching the owner on the day of check-in, but was able to make contact easily for check-out. I would recommend the owner to have additional blankets and/or throws available for use as there were none. Particularly given Colorado’s cold climate during the winter months.
