Quick stay to see our cadet

We had a wonderful stay at the purple house. Every detail was taken care of from comfortable beds to local bath products. The hosts were very helpful with info and suggestions for the area. Would definitely stay again!

Family Friendly Home

Home is very clean in a safe neighborhood. The home provided really everything you could think of which made our stay even easier. Very well located for all the attractions like Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, Pikes Peak, 7 Falls, Cave of the Winds, etc. Great fenced in yard for our dogs. Back yard is pretty steep, but there is a flat area in the front in case you have an old dog who cant do the steeper back yard. Very, very clean. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Amazing gem

This home is very well taken care of with all of the amenities that you may need for your vacation. It is cute inside and out and the beds are very comfy! The host is very responsive, accommodating and communicates quickly. We can’t wait to go back for a longer vacation!

Spring break 24

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Location was ideal, in the middle of all the fun things to do. Owners were wonderful and kindly mailed back a ring that was left behind.

Rachel is a perfect host! Spot on with supplying everything our group could want including baby basics and games/toys for kiddos. Kitchen/bath completely stocked/equipped nicer than any Vrbo! The smores were the icing on the cake. Great location to everything. Thank you so much

Love the purple house!!

Such a fantastic stay. From booking to departure. The house was even cuter in person and all the patios were amazing for hanging out sun or rain. And the cookies were incredible- we are hoping to get the recipe. Highly recommend.

Quiet and Cozy with a View

My family and I were in town for a wedding at the Garden of the Gods. This was a perfect location to the venue, Old Colorado City, Downtown, parks, mountains and much more. We loved the accommodations and really being able to just show up with our bags and not have to worry about some of the smaller grocery items that often do not get used up during the stay. We loved the outside area and grilling/eating outside over looking Pikes Peak. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Wonderful home

One of the best VRBO'S we've ever stayed at. Super clean. Nicely decorated. Everything is top of the line from the pots and pans to the linens. The kitchen is very nice with every door and drawer labeled so looking for something needed was unnecessary. It has an awesome spice drawer.The back yard has three levels with great views. One level has a firepit we didn't get to use as it was too cold in the evening. The beds all seem to be memory foam except the one in the master room. The downstair bedrooms are down a step without on suite bath.The neighborhood is very quiet and lovely.Our advice: Don't pass this gem up!

Beautiful views

This property has an amazing view of Pikes Peak and is close to Harden of the Gods and many trails. Don’t miss Helen Hunt falls and the gold mine road at the end. Breath taking. The property has all the amenities you can think of and more. Well stocked kitchen and bath rooms. Could not ask for a quieter neighborhood. And best of all they welcomed our large breed dogs. Thanks we hope to visit again.

Pictures do not do this home justice. We are so happy we found this house for our Colorado springs stay. Location was perfect, home was beautiful and the views from every part of the home were stunning we can't wait to return. ** You will not be disappointed** pick Rachel's house for your stay.

Perfect Quiet Scenic Location

July 4th Family Vacation close to Pikes Peak. Wife and I hiked Pikes Peak and enjoyed Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and Cripple Creek with the rest of the family. The "Purple House" was the perfect place at the start and end of each day. From mountain views on the front porch drinking coffee to Mountain views in the back yard cooking dinner. Host had great communication and the house had everything and more. Even though it was July, the house stayed comfortable and the area was very quiet.

Very accommodating. Loved all the night lights, space heaters (not that we needed them), ice cream coupons and welcome bottle of wine. Only suggestion I have would be to turn down the hot water heater a notch. VERY hot!

Perfect Stay

We stayed here in January while visiting family. This house was exactly what we were looking for! It's located in a very quiet neighborhood yet just a couple minutes' drive to Manitou, great restaurants and tourist attractions. Morning walks in the neighborhood were peaceful and next to no traffic. We enjoyed watching the squirrels frolicking in the mature trees during our walks. Pike's Peak is visible from the house and the backyard, which also offers nice views of the valley.The host provided for everything. Nothing was lacking, which often is the case for kitchen supplies. We have stayed in about four house rentals and this one takes the cake for providing everything needed to feel at home. Well done! If you are pondering a stay in this area, you can't go wrong with this property. Happy vacationing!

Exceeded all expectations

This cute home easily holds all they list it as. Has more extras than I can list. We had Thanksgiving with our son who is living out here; easily had most of what we needed to do that. So many extras: plenty of towels and blankets, kitchen needs, and toiletries. Easy access to their wifi, Rachel was super available. Great welcome booklet. New stove, large washer and drier…I could go on and on. This is our new home away from home. Rachel is an amazing hostess and you won’t EVER be left wondering with her…in the best possible way.
