Not what I was expecting

This is a basement studio. The owners live upstairs and we could hear every word they said, including very loud singing and clapping every evening. The owners entered the unit everytime we would leave for the day, without prior notification. There was hair all over the shower floor, used teeth flossers and other personal hygiene products in the medicine cabinet, used shampoos and conditioners in the shower. There is no air conditioning, so it was very warm in the unit. Overall not a good experience. I will never rent this unit again!!!
