Location! Relax on the Lake with Pikes Peak views. Hot tub! Your private area includes: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Large living room, kitchenette, & dining in this spacious penthouse apartment. Entire top floor with private entrance but NOT 1st or 2nd floors. You will never see owner. Space for the whole family! Lots of wildlife, many hiking & ATV/OHV trails just 5 minutes away. Close to 11 Mile Canyon, Mueller State Park, Florissant Fossil Beds, Garden of Gods, & white water rafting. In the middle of the Rocky Mountain playground. Fishing, hiking, boating, kayaking and 2 miles from ATV trail head.

Lake is for owners only but there are other near by lakes for fishing, kayak, swimming etc. Please do not leave any food or trash outside, bears!
No fires outside. The firing is for owners only. We are often in a burn ban! Anyone violating the rule will be asked to leave, without refund

The kitchen was well stocked with necessary items, as well as fun extras. It was clean and a beautiful setting. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We highly recommend this location!
