*There are 33 historic uneven flagstone steps with railing up toward the house from parking area; not conducive for those with back, knee, or mobility issues. There is an original interior (newly carpeted) and narrow stairway from main level to upper level. Lawn is steep and no railings on terraces. Children must be supervised at all times and are allowed on property at Guest’s own risk.

*Base rate is for 2 guests; each additional guest is $25/per night or day.

*NOTE: Hot tub is cleaned & sanitized between each guest reservation.

*Maximum number of people on site is 8 (eight), per City of Manitou Springs.

*Dogs/pets are not allowed on property.

Such an adorable spot with great walking distance to downtown Manitou! The kitchen was one of the most well-stocked I've stayed in as far as cooking devices and utensils and the hot tub was wonderful! Easy check in and out process - thanks for a great stay!

Great location to Barr Trail, Cox RailRoad, and the Manitou Incline as well as down town

Lovely home, clean and plenty of bedroom with onsuite bathrooms to spread out with our adult kids. Loved the location. The decor was beautiful and was a perfect match for the house. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. The hot tub was a bonus in the cool evenings.

Comfortable home with character! Space for all 8 of us. Enjoyed hot tub. Convenient walks to Cog Railway and downtown. 5 bathroom/ 4 bedroom gave needed privacy. Loved our stay here!

Very nice location!

Plenty of room for our family of 6 and very clean. We loved being able to walk anywhere we wanted to go in Manitou. The host was very easy to reach and friendly. We would definitely go back!

Manitou girls getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Manitou, and the location and cleanliness of the house. We loved the scenery around the property and liked being able to see all the visitors walking by below on their way to the Cog railway and Manitou incline. The hot tub was lovely and as 4 adults traveling together we loved that all 4 bedrooms have their own bathrooms! Highly unusual and very appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Love the location!

Our family had a great week-long stay. The location was excellent, allowing for leisurely walks downtown. The porch was perfect for reading and enjoying coffee. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The only thing I might recommend is bring a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light b/c the window treatments won't block the sun when it comes up before 6 am each morning.

Last min New Years getaway!

This place was a perfect place to stay for our New Year’s. We have 6 yr old twins and they loved the loft room. The house is old and eclectic. We were able to easily walk down to the arcade and shops in town.
