Escape to this spacious 6,000+ square foot home sitting on 2.5 acres with panoramic views of the mountains and pasture from sunrise to sunset. This home has everything your family needs to have a fun and relaxing vacation. This home is located in between Denver and Colorado Springs and conveniently 15 miles from the Air Force Academy. This space is perfect for group gatherings such as family reunions, work events, golf trips, girls/guys trips. We look forward to hosting you!

The space
As you enter from the front door the home opens up to a large living area with open views of mountains, rolling hills, and pastures. The main level has an open floor plan with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area that leads to a private back deck equipped with a fire pit, gas grill, and plenty of outdoor patio furniture to accommodate large group gatherings. There are three bathrooms on the main-level (2 full & 1 half), and three bathrooms on the lower-level (2 full & 1 half). The main level has a dedicated office that can be used as an additional bedroom, and the lower-level has a gym that can be used as an additional bedroom. There are kid’s playrooms on both levels both with toys and books to help keep the little ones happy and engaged.

Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage and select closets which will be locked.

Hiking trails and mountain biking trails are just around the corner from the house, ranging from easy to challenging. Including the popular Santa Fe Trail, Mount Herman Trail, and Limbaugh Canyon Trail. The Big Bluestem Trail is another great option, featuring stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the Rocky Mountains on its 4.2-mile out-and-back route.

Monument Lake offers fishing, boating, and other water activities, while the Palmer Lake Reservoir Trail provides breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and landscape.
