INTRODUCTION:
❁ BEST LOCATION! Spacious home just steps to trails at Red Rock Canyon Open Space. Step out to the best hiking area and geological formations in Colorado Springs! Perfectly located near many sight seeing spots, food/dining and shopping as well as historic Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City under. Large kitchen, super comfy beds and each room has a Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu etc. for streaming your favorite shows. Over 1,500 sq. ft. of living space.

THE SPACE:
❁ Comfortable spacious beds. Central air, Wi-Fi, laundry and ample parking is also available to the guests.
❁ Kitchen comes with utensils, oil, spices, sugar, coffee, etc.

IMPORTANT:
❁ Max guest capacity overnight - NUMBER OF GUESTS BOOKED, 10. EXACT guest count should be reflected in the booking regardless of the age.
❁ Unless our other Airbnb units are booked, max capacity is 10 between 11:00-9:00 PM only.
❁ This zero tolerance rules when broken WILL result in immediate eviction. This is for safety and security of everyone including guests, home, neighbors and owners.

❁ We do not live on site, but have a caretaker close by and we live only a few minutes away.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW:
❁ Quiet neighborhood close to miles and miles of beautiful trails. Feed the ducks at the pond, Snowshoe in the winter and remarkably beautiful scenery.

❁ Look-up Red Rock Canyon Open Space exit on Ridge drive.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
❁ NO SMOKING!
❁ NO PETS!
❁ This is a brand new listing, so pardon our dust. We want to ensure all guests have the most enjoyable experience so if any detail is missing, please let us know and we will promptly accommodate.
❁ The third "bedroom" has a pull-out sofa with queen mattress as well as a fold down sofa/bed which is comfortable to sleep 1 adult or perfect for 1-2 kids.
❁ Consider this as a flex space that can also be used as a common area or closed off with curtains for privacy.
❁ Upstairs loft is rented out as a separate Airbnb with its own private entrance. Front apartment/suite space is also private with its own entrance and available for rent. Both are listed in Airbnb and also available to rent if you wish to bring a large group. There is also extra insulation between the upper loft and the main house to minimize and eliminate noise and disturbances.

Perfect weekend getaway

Great stay, clean, comfortable and quiet location. It’s near Red Rock Canyon so it was a plus for us since the kids loved being outdoors. Definitely recommend to Friends /Family. Would stay at this location again!

Plenty of room for a large group

We arrived thursday evening and stayed 4 nights. Property was clean and inviting with great access to all local attractions (20 minutes) communication was great and we will definitely be here again!

Wonderful family getaway

Took my kids and grandkid to Co Springs and up the Pike's Peak Cog Railway for Christmas. We needed a place to stay that 5 adults and a 6 year old could stay comfortably - this was perfect! Little touches like sliding barn doors and electronic fireplaces made it interesting and fun. And we had plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other.

Very convenient location. The accommodations were excellent. We had a bit of adjustment to the fact that there is no air conditioning, but it turned out to be no problem as Georgetown is at 8500 ft.!

Perfect Gathering for a Group

We had a group of students with three teachers in Colorado Springs for an overnight field experience. This home was perfect to allow everyone their own sleeping space and a gathering space for drawing, games and discussions. The kitchen had all that we needed for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day!

Great Stay

The host was fantastic and very responsive to messages.the house was updated and had plenty of space for my family of eight. It was close to lots of historical areas and places to take a family. The cant say enough about how great the hosts are. We had a small isuse when we first checked in and they were quick to fix it. And it wasnt there fault for the issue either.

Nice House Near Manitou Springs and Red Rock Canyon

This eclectic home was nice, clean, close to Manitou Springs, and within walking distance to the Red Rock Canyon Open Space. We stayed 2 nights as a stop over during a longer trip and found most everything we needed. We used 6 beds (one was a pull-out couch, but he slept fine) and everyone was comfortable. The owners are updating the property with a new patio area, but we did not utilize it. We walked to Red Rock Canyon which was fantastic, and it's a short drive to Manitou Springs. It was a wonderful location and we would consider staying again.

Great place if someone is looking to pass a night

Location is great, close to amenities parks, the home itself is renovated. Has only two rooms so if there are 3 families it will be tough. Bonus was it had 2 laundry machines but downside there wasn't any laundry detergent, I had to go out 10pm to get detergent since I did not receive any response from property manager. This is the reason to give a 3 rating else I would rate it 4 star.

Great location and communication, could use some up keep

Great potential. The caretaker was great and very responsive. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of couches and room to spread out. Bathtub was very popular with my daughters for long baths. Cleaning could have been a little bit better. Sheets were left in washer and plate of nachos was in microwave when we checked in...bit moldy when we actually found them. The landlord does need to put a bit more into this property though. Not all the lights and receptacles worked. We had a leak in the bathroom celling from the above unit (same owner) and although caretaker was very responsive about it, the leak was never fixed by landlord or maint whilst we were there.

Excellent location, but home could use improvements.

Let me start by saying we truly enjoyed our trip to CO Springs, and the location of the home was EXCELLENT! If you are looking for somewhere with quick and easy access to several trails, as well as downtown, for a great price, this is it. The kitchen is great for cooking for several people, and had most all the cooking dishes we needed. However, I would note that the home did not have enough of some amenities for our group. We did get in touch with the owner about the lack of some items, and she was quick to get back to us, but having those items from the beginning, as well as a larger number of towels and silverware, would've been helpful. While this location can sleep quite a few people, I would also be aware that one room is in the middle of the living and kitchen, and there are some steps in and out of rooms, as well as a large step into the shower that you would want to take into consideration if you have mobility or sound issues. Again, the owner was very quick to respond, and accommodating, so I am confident they are continually working to improve this location to be even better for guests!

Beautiful Location, But Needs Some Improvements

Our recent stay at the Retreat at Red Rock in Colorado Springs was a mix of positives and a few disappointments. While the property has a lot of potential, there were a couple of areas that could use some improvement to enhance the overall guest experience. The location of the property is undoubtedly its best feature. Nestled near the stunning Red Rock formations, and the proximity to local attractions like Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak is excellent. We loved exploring the nearby trails and enjoying the natural beauty of the area. The home itself is spacious, and the layout is great for families with room to spread out and relax. However, there were a few toes that were stubbed due to a raised step and uneven floors. We were surprised to find that there was not enough silverware for our group of 8, and there were only enough towels for four guests, even though the property can accommodate more. This was an inconvenience during our stay. The dining room table shown in the pictures is not the one in the home. The tub/shower combination requires an individual to raise their leg at least 3 feet in the air to get into, so if you have mobility issues, this will not work for you! We were given a bonus opportunity to enjoy evenings on a small patio with a chimenea. Despite the shortcomings, we did enjoy our time at the Retreat at Red Rock. We hope the owners will take this feedback into consideration, as we see potential for this retreat.

The location is great. It was raining so we asked to check in a little early and no one responded. We got there about 15 minutes after check in and they were still cleaning. Bathtub was still dirty but the rest was nice. Beds weren't comfortable but the kitchen is nice. Didn't have enough towels for us.
