Clean comfy easy

We stayed here for three nights for my daughters graduation from USC. The house is spacious comfy and clean. We appreciated the bottle of wine after a 12 hour drive! It had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Pros:- beautiful neighborhood- nice home from the outside- host was responsive Cons: - house said sleeps 8 but only beds for 6. Host said 2 guest can sleep on the couch but no extra linens or pillows. Had to go buy blankets. - host said accomodates 8 but only 4 chairs at the table, and very under equiped in the kitchen for 8. Had to buy paper plates- walls/ceiling were dirty- refrigerator had food particles on the handle. - TV and back door had greasy hand prints all over - mold in mixing bowels. -bbq did not work-the smell was so overwhelming, we had to unplug the freebreeze plug ins.

Dated and Run Down

I do not recommend this house at all. It’s very dated and run down with practically no amenities. The carpets were dirty. There were barely any dishes, utensils or pots in the kitchen. There wasn’t even a dishrag or sponge in the kitchen. There was no detergent for the dishwasher. I had to use the cheap paper towels to wash dishes. The bathroom vent was rusted. The towel bar was hanging off the wall. There weren’t enough towels for our party. One of the toilets didn’t work and was never repaired during our stay. The twin beds had plastic on them with no mattress pad under the sheets. There were no cover sheets on any of the beds. The plug-in air fresheners were so strong I had to unplug them in the middle of the night. I was sick from them for an entire day. This place was a total waste of money (grossly overpriced). The only good thing I will say was that it was clean enough (except the carpets) and spacious enough.
