This unique remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom hideaway place has a style all its own. This home is 7 minutes from restaurants, shopping, hospital and only 45 minutes from USM & Hattiesburg. 30 minutes from Mississippi/Louisiana state line. As well, as 1.5 hours from New Orleans, Louisiana.

Hi Chirika. Thank you for sharing Katie’s Cottage with me and my family. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We are from Columbia and return home for different. My family is very high and we just need more space for all of the people coming and going. This cottage was perfect for our visit.

Beautiful cottage!

We stayed here for my step daughter’s wedding! Loved the cottage and all its amenities! Everything was as it was listed and communication was excellent! At first we were concerned about the neighborhood but we had no issues at all- would highly recommend!

This cottage is absolutely adorable, excellent amenites, and super clean. The property was well stocked with a lot of extras like games, water, coffee supplies, and toiletries. The neighborhood is a bit older but this property was completely up to date.

Nice Home

Our family recently had a one night stay in this home while visiting family in the area. The home itself is beautiful. The host has obviously taken a lot of time and effort to update everything and make it a beautiful place to stay. The host frequently communicated with us to check in and make sure all was okay. The only concern we had was that the home is situated in a neighborhood where the neighboring house was abandoned and in an unfortunate state of disrepair. Our local family stopped by to see where we were staying and voiced concerns as well about the neighborhood, asking if we felt comfortable staying or would rather come stay with them. We noticed that this property had a sign that there was a camera monitoring the property and we also had planned to stay independently so as not to be a burden on family, so we did stay. Fortunately, all was ok, our vehicle was unharmed through the night, and we were scheduled to check out the next morning. That aside, the home is truly a gem as the host has obviously gone to great effort to provide a beautiful home to stay.

Perfect space, good location.

Property is located very conveniently in the middle of town. Very short drives to anywhere needed to go. House was very clean and stocked with necessities. While the surrounding houses are not as updated, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful at night. Very easy check-in, and great communication from host.
