The residence is new and entire place is clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is great. However, there are no dishes, glasses, utensils or items needed for a kitchen. The kitchen is why I booked, but was not able to use. Ads should state "bring your own" Traveling long distance not wanting to eat every meal outside. Also there is limited seating outside. They have a picnic table without an umbrella in 90 degree weather.
Everything was great coming from another hotel that could not fulfill their cleanliness policy. This Hotel was beautiful and close to everything. Both hostess were nice. Would stay here each time I come to SC
The property is very plain. Hence the price. Sheets didn’t fit well. No kitchen equipment so if you are planning to cook bring your own! A new property and type of property for Marriott! Right behind mall…..
My family and I stayed here for one night. It was more than accommodating. However, if I wanted to stay longer, I wouldn't chose this location. The staff was friendly and the place is very clean.
Called the morning of our stay to inform we were attending a football game and would check in that evening. Arrived at the property around 9:30 PM with my two children, only to be told they had given our room away. Refused to assist with finding a new location. Refused to let us speak with manager. Just thanked me for being a Marriott member and that they "do apologize."

We used the app to narrow down my search for pool and breakfast. Yet, this hotel had neither available whatsoever. My daugters were very disappointed, as was I. Very disappointed with with Expedia.
If planning on fixing meal in room bring pans and pots and silverware and plates. Place is clean no shampoo or shower gel or shampoo. Only 1 small bar of soap and you need dish detergent as well
Everything was wonderful except the 100$ incidental fee per room I got. That’s a bit pricey. And it was so loud all night. You can hear doors slamming shut all night. The guy across the hall from me his door would slam shut every five minutes. They must know you can adjust how hard those doors shut. My nephew in the room on the opposite side of the hall like 10 rooms down, he didn’t sleep well either cz of the guy across from my room. That’s how loud it was
Hotel is new and NOT ready to welcome guests. When we checked in, we were told ice and water machine broken. Both side doors broken. The biggest surprise is that there is ZERO kitchen supplies.. not even spoon and forks! We chose the hotel for the kitchen. It has a kitchen alright but not supplying anything for the kitchen? The staff admitted that many things have not worked because the management rushed to open. I immediately checked out. Was told I would get the refund, but it never came.
Waited for over 30 minutes just for someone to check me in because they were out front hanging with their friends outside the entrance doors, they could see me the whole time. Staff was very rude the entire stay. I stayed for one month and they cleaned my room one time after I complained after a dozen times. Charged me for needing toilet paper since they didn’t refill because they didn’t clean my room ever. For the price that I had to pay, a motel 6 would have had better service and cleanliness. This should never be an option for anyone ever. It should be blacklisted!!
Kitchen without utensils not even a sponge. Towel or dish rag. I was told you can buy dishes and utensils. Unable to properly clean up after oneself without proper tools. Also no shaded areas around hotel. Picnic table w/o an umbrella.
