Love the location we were minutes from Lake Murray beach and RiverBanks Zoo. Breakfast was hit or miss. We wanted to do the free bike rental but no one at the desk had any idea what we were talking about. The pool is an oversized bath tub. I guess it did not matter since it rained on and off our whole three day stay. Room was spacious and the kitchen was super handy.

The staff at this location are absolutely phenomenal! They are very polite, welcoming, friendly, and shows great care towards the welfare and experience of their guests. This is my second time being at this location and the service and overall customer experience only got better! The is the place to be if you are ever in that area!

Room was clean, only complaint is the room is pretty small for it to sleep 4 the sofa bed and bed facing each other corners touching so the person who sleeps near the window has to crawl over the other person to get to the bathroom and whatnot. But staff was friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were at the Hotel for 6 nights. We chose this Hotel because it was conveniently located for our purposes. Our first room was # 406 and close to I-26. The road noise was constant and obtrusive. After the 1st night we moved to # 421 and the noise from I-26 was minimal. There was occasional noise from Columbiana Drive. However it was tolerable. The fitness room was well equipped with 3 excellent treadmills and an elliptical as well as the usual weights. It was also reasonably spacious. The downside is that the background music was intrusive and the staff said it could not be turned off. However earplugs work. Breakfast was tasty but the choices were limited. If you are particular about your coffee, you will be disappointed. There were a number of maintenance items that needed attention, e.g. two of the four washing machines were not working.
