The room was filthy. The floor was covered in some kind of black soot mixed with lots of pet hair or some kind of hair. I took a video and showed the person at the front desk. I asked for a full refund.

Breakfast was fresh. Seating area limited on busy weekend, Parking across the street in parking garage. Free. Spaces small.

Rooms were nice and felt clean. Staff were nice and very helpful. Good location to get to downtown. Pool is pretty small. 5 children in the pool made it extremely crowded feeling. The pull out trundle situation has a terrible mattress even for a child. We thought the queen beds were comfy at first, ...

The Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Conference Center
The Blackwell was absolutely stunning and beautiful. The room was extremely clean as was the entire hotel. I wish I would have been able to spend more time at the hotel. I will definitely be staying here in the future. ♥️🩶
