Great property, but a $100 credit card hold for "incidentals" for one night is ridiculous. I've never stayed at a hotel with such a high incidental charge, almost as much as the room rate

The staff recommended an amazing mexican restaurant right next door to the hotel that was wonderful. Also they had a chef who would make omlets to order at the free breakfast. This place is SO well run!

The weekends have fresh omelets for your enjoyment. The breakfast bar was good on Monday. The pool was open. I did not have the ability to use it.

So many issues, including Expedia. Booked through Expedia and hotel didn’t have my reservation, but I clearly had a confirmation. They made me book at a higher rate. I also booked a king suite with a full kitchen so I could cook for my wife that has dietary restrictions. Well it had a full kitchen but nothing to cook with or eat on. Funny enough it had a dish washer. So I had to go to Walmart and spend more money.

The room seemed clean, but had an old and used edge to it. Kinda' rough around the corners so to speak. When I went to check out, there was apparently only one baggage cart and the night manager said he didn't see it or couldn't find it and just went back to making the breakfast.

Stayed on the weekend of New Years Eve 2023.
The room looked very nice. Except the sink drains had food. The refrigerator was not cleaned very well. The tile floors made my shoes sound sticky. The carpet had some dirty spots. The shower didn’t work so we had change rooms so we could take a shower. Forgot my blade that I had to use to open a food can n they wouldn’t return it.
