Home with charm

Home was conveniently located, everywhere we GPS to was within 15 minutes. Home is older but cute and decorated well, with lots of charm. Beds were super comfortable.

Ralph is great - house is great - nice location

Ralph was easy to work with and had a great location—central to where I was going during Arnold weekend—everything was 15 minutes away, pretty much.

Great Space Close to Downtown

The property is perfectly located well within a short driving distance to Columbus attractions like COSI, the Zoo, Fairgrounds, Expo Center etc. The property was fully furnished and stocked with all essentials, and Ralph the property manager is super attentive to guest needs. Fairly priced if I am in need of a place to stay with my family in Columbus again this property will be at the top of my list.

We met our friends half way to spend the weekend with them and catch up. It was a great place to stay and was close to the casino that we went to one of our nights in Columbus.

Family Christmas

What a wonderful home we stayed in! It was so similar to the home we owned when we lived in Columbus. Child-friendly, with a park nearby, I missed having sidewalks, but the evening traffic was so light, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. We only had one complaint; the cooking pans are unusable, other than that the kitchen is well managed. The coffee was well stocked.

Charming house

I stayed at this property while attending the AQHA Quarter Horse Congress. It was a very easy drive to the Ohio Expo Center. I had heard so much about bad neighborhoods, I was cautious when renting. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were never anxious about going in and out at all. I plan to rent this again next year for the show. House was clean and well stocked with supplies. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this charming property.

The stay in the little house on Heron was wonderful! We loved the character and charm of the place, and was pleased with the overall setup. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring stay in beautiful neighborhood

The property has everything we needed. The neighborhood was gorgeous with spring blooms. We enjoyed several walks and sat in the porch for hours talking and snacking on a charcuterie board we had delivered from Spring and Brie.
