Welcome to Easy Livin' – your home away from home in Columbus, Ohio. This charming ranch house is located in a peaceful neighborhood near Easton Town Center, a premier shopping destination. With its prime location, you'll have the convenience of being close to central Columbus while also enjoying a quiet and tranquil atmosphere.

This cozy home is perfect for families with small children. As parents of two toddlers, we understand the importance of having a safe and child-friendly environment. That's why we have taken extra steps to childproof our home and provide amenities such as cribs, baby gates, pack n plays, toys, and a child-friendly reading nook. We also have a high chair available for your little ones. After a day of exploring the city, unwind in the hot tub while the kids are sound asleep.

We are also pet-friendly and have a fenced backyard for your furry friends to run around in. The home also includes a washer, dryer, and one-car garage for your convenience.

Please note that parties and gatherings are not allowed on the property without prior permission. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, and any violation of this rule will result in the termination of your reservation with no refund. Smoking is also prohibited inside the house.

Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, which is why we have exterior cameras at the entryway and parking area for added security. Rest assured, we are just a text or call away if you need anything during your stay. Check-in is self-check-in through an electronic deadbolt for your convenience.

For an additional fee, late check-out (12:30 pm) or early check-in (2 pm) may be arranged upon request. If you are bringing a pet, there is a cleaning fee of $65. Please remember to include the pet in your guest count when booking.

Wonderful experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We intended on staying so we could attend legoland with our children. We were so pleased that it was just a 5 minute drive with gas stations and grocery stores in the same proximity. Absolutely no complains, just a few minor suggestions as far as adding cleaning supplies for guests to wipe down table after eating.

A good fit for our needs

We enjoyed our stay in the quiet neighborhood and we were able to include our pet which was a priority. Having two bathrooms was another item that was high on our list.

Great location and property

The place was wonderful. Well stocked with everything we needed for our trip and very convenient to Easton. Backyard was large with a nice fire pit. Also enjoyed the hot tub and beds were very comfortable.

Graduation weekend stay

Easy Livin’ was a great spot to stay for OSU graduation weekend. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The house is about 20 minutes from campus, and there are plenty of nice restaurants near by. One evening we had dinner at Dos Hermanos-highly recommend.

Rachel was very responsive host. The backyard is a great space for family to get together. The back play room is well equipped for our 18 month old and the crib much appreciated. The beds were comfortable.

Very accommodating

I and two friends stayed here to attend a conference that was close by. Nice place to come back from the conference to stay and relax after the event. Hot tub was a hit! The private back yard and hot tub area was nice ! If I had to critique anything, the need for some better stove top cook ware would be a bit of improvement, but we managed. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

There were a few issues with the property but nothing major. Rachel was incredibly responsive! Everything—including the city—is nearby. The house and neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our stay!

A Very Merry Christmas!

Our family of 6 adults had a great stay while in town to visit family for Christmas. The house has a lot of nice touches including a fully stocked coffee bar and a working skeeball game. The holiday decorations (including a beautiful Christmas tree!) were a wonderful surprise! Rachel is a great communicator. We had all the attention we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Our new go to in Cbus!

This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults, a 15 yr old and 9 yr old. The home had plenty of space for all of us, was equipped with everything we needed and more. We brought a badminton set and spent our evenings taking advantage of the big backyard and we even did some geocaching on the nearby walking trails. The neighborhood was super quiet, not alot of traffic and conveniently located to everything we were there to do. Communication with Rachel was clear and easy. Will definitely recommend and stay here in the future. Thank you, Rachel, for opening your home and helping us make great memories!

Weekend in Columbus

Location and house are great for families with kids! Lots to do within just a few minutes. The fenced in backyard and hot tub are a nice bonus too. There are plenty of baby proofing options which I appreciate with my 2 toddlers. My only minor complaint is the bedding was littered with dog hair which is not a complete surprise in a pet friendly home. Otherwise everything was great, would stay again

Nice house.

Great, cozy place for any family staying in the Columbus area. There were 5 in our party, and the house was a perfect size. Close to so many entertainment areas as well as great attractions. Communication with agent was great with almost immediate responses. House smelled fresh and the A/C was already running upon our arrival. Street is narrow when cars park on both sides, so definitely use the driveway and my F-150 nor my brother-in-laws Jeep would not fit in garage, but if you are travelling in anything smaller, the garage was available for use. Great place overall.
