"I was unable to check in without my husband there. This was a big inconvenience for me and my three daughters who were traveling alone. There should have been an email or a phone call stating that his card would not be allowed to be used by me even though we have the same last name. I had a panic attack because so anxious about where me and my daughters were going to stay."

"Dani was an excellent over the top desk clerk who assisted us during our stay. She was the most pleasant person we met during our time in Ohio. We would chose to stay here again because of her alone!!"

"Where should I start? Check in was great. Pulled up it looked nice. Walked in it looked nice. Looked like it had been updated. The person who checked us in was polite. Walk down the hall, it smells horrible! Ok I understand things happen and smells occur. Get up to the floor we are roomed on, the hallway floors were dirty with stains all over. Get to our room and our door didn't want to open. Finally get in the door. The room is good size, the bed was ok, the floor had stains on it. They literally just tried to make it look like it was updated. The paint is old and chipping. Carpets are horrible, bathtub was dirty and stained up. The bed had a decent sheet and blanket. Pillows were ok-ish. Settled in for the night and went to shower. There was literally one towel and one washcloth in our room. Q "

"Please don’t take your pets here. Its a very nice hotel with restaurants on the property. Definitely don’t want to see dogs in a place like this. Is it pet friendly? I’m honestly not sure. Thank you"
