"They let us in a couple of mins after we arrived, first msking up the room for us.nice room, qiet and spacious. Chose the hyatt because it was close to the zoo, and that made our stay really easy."

"My sisters and I stayed at this property mid-September. We were greeted warmly and all our needs were met. The staff is exceptional: from the front desk clerk to the room technicians, to the breakfast attendants, we were treated royally. The large two bedroom suite was clean, well appointed, and quiet. The kitchenette was well stocked. I chose this location for it's proximity to restaurants and attractions, particularly Natalie's Grandview, which, by the way, was a great night out for live music. The hot breakfast was your usual free hotel food: eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries and other food and drink. We'll definitely stay again. Next time a little longer."

"Honestly, this was a SOLID hotel for the price I paid. The lobby and room (at least the one I was given) were spectacular. Everything in between, well… The place is in need of some TLC — carpeting, hallways, etc… But, and it’s a BIG BUT, my room was excellent. Every day I was there, they provided turn down service for my room (fresh towels, made the bed, and emptied the trash) which was entirely unnecessary. There was never a reason to feel unsafe, but the property had an overnight security guard in the lobby and a security guard driving around the parking lot. And the two blokes actually looked like they could handle some ish (they weren’t a couple of out of shape Paul Blart’s). The bathroom was super spacious and clean and the water pressure peeled layers off (it’s almost too freaking hard). Only issue was they only provide those little travel sized bottles of soap, shampoo, etc… So don’t expect the in shower dispensers pictured on the property listing (I went to Target and bought my own). Excellent cable channel lineup, fast WiFi, incredible AND QUIET AC unit, etc… For the price I paid for four nights, I could not have found a better property. Thanks for the hospitality. "
