Downtown Columbus and the Convention Center, several highways, and a short 12 minute ride to The Ohio State University, this easy-living Condo has it all. Super-fast Wifi, Super-Clean, and a home with charm and character, are all descriptions in this revitalized neighborhood. It sits in the middle of new construction homes and renovated homes in the famed King-Lincoln area.
No parties, no smoking of any kind on the interior of the premises, and no creation of any public nuisance due to noise, harassment of neighbors, or vandalism . All of the above are grounds for the immediate termination of the reservation, the reentry of owner or their agent, and absolutely no refund.
