New Luxe Reno W/Hot Tub & Roof Top Terrace!

Gorgeous and fully renovated 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house ready for guests! Located between OSU and the Short North this location is prime for anyone looking to enjoy all downtown Columbus has to offer!

Upon entering the front door, a bright, spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen welcomes you. Enjoy our brand new kitchen appliances, well stocked pantry and ample seating for your friends and family to gather together. The 1/2 bath and wine bar make this the perfect space to entertain.

An open and comfortable living space gives access to the back patio, grill and garage. Offering yet more space to mingle or relax!

Heading up the front stairs you will find the 2 bunk rooms, with full closets and designer grade bathrooms. A linen closet, and laundry room in the hallway keeps our guests well stocked with clean, fresh towels and linens.

The main bedroom boasts a beautiful attached bathroom, as well as an walk in closet.

On this level you will have access to our front balcony, where you can sip coffee and enjoy the city views and the park across the street.

Heading up to the 3rd floor you will find a `camp` inspired room, sleeping 6 guests individually, and access to the spacious rooftop balcony, with furniture and amenities weather permitting.

Ample on-site street parking. Garage available.

Safe, clean neighborhood located near a busy and fun park, as well a nice walking trail along the Olentangy River. Busy with young professionals, and well lit streets this is a beautiful place to stay.

  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899. Orton Hall is built of 40 different Ohio building stones. In the outside walls, these stones are laid in stratigraphic order according to their relative positions in Ohio's bedrock. The only non-indigenous to Ohio stone used is Indiana Limestone to build the front steps. It was chosen because of its high concentration of embedded fossils. The bell tower was dedicated in 1915 and contains 25,000 pounds of bells that can be heard regularly tolling across campus. Encircling the top of the tower are 24 columns with gargoyle-like figures which are restorations of fossil animals.

Need A Good Cleaning Staff

The place wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived: was told that this property is in the process of getting a new cleaning staff. Hopefully it will be cleaned for the next arriving guests!
