Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!

Bait and Switch with Extra Charges!
The house is nice. The property management is not. A few things of concern. The house is listed as having a high chair, having 5 tvs (1 in each room), and being able to accommodate 14. There was no high chair. There was only 1 TV. They tried to upcharge us 35 per person per night (including for children, 1 of whom is age 2!) the day of our reservation. We only had 4 adults and 3 children - they wanted to upcharge for everyone over 2 adults (meaning that would nearly DOUBLE the cost of the booking). The let us know of this charge the day of, when it was too late to find other accommodations. Then, after 2 weeks of not receiving our security deposit I receive a message that they detected smoke in the house during our stay, violating the no-smoking rules. That is absolutely a lie - none of us smoke! It's a money grab - from a bunch of con-artists. Beware of this property management company. They are "the jungle house" - but they're more like snakes in the grass.
