Our home is tucked away in a peaceful and private cul-de-sac, offering a quiet escape while remaining conveniently close to everything you need. You'll be just a short drive from top hospitals, Ohio State University (OSU) events, premier dining and shopping, local parks, and the Columbus Zoo.The property's prime location offers easy and convenient travel to the greater Powell/Dublin area and key destinations throughout Columbus.
Upper Level — Start your mornings in the updated kitchen, complete with modern appliances, a blender, and a rice maker. Enjoy meals in the rustic-industrial dining area before sinking into the cozy living room's large sectional for a movie night on the smart TV. This level also features a dedicated workspace with a desk and computer. The primary bedroom includes a private, remodeled full bathroom with a bathtub ideal for a decompressing soak or bathing little ones with the provided baby bath. This room also serves as a flex space with a comfortable twin-to-queen convertible daybed, offering a versatile setup for families or work travelers.
Lower Level — Head downstairs to find two more remodeled bedrooms: one with a king bed and another with bunk beds, perfect for kids. You will have full and private access to the entire home and the fenced-in backyard. Check-in is simple and convenient with our self check-in system. Parking is available in the driveway, with plenty of additional free street parking. Please note, the garage is not available for guest use.
