This was a perfect location for me to visit Fort Benning to see my son. It’s a bit run down but still had a very comfy clean bed to sleep in. Staff was very friendly. Great spot for the price and location.

Staff were friendly & efficient. Great customer service! Hot breakfast was nice & bed comfortable. Only complaint was the hallway smelled badly! Also room was musty smelling.

We are traveling with an RV trailer and we were able to park it on the property over night. Friendly and professional staff. A lot of quick dining options nearby. Nice spacious and clean rooms. This is our second time staying here and we plan to return.

Maintenance guy was high as kite on something. Asked him 3 times for a light to see in the bathroom kept saying he would bring me one. Then when I saw him in the hall he said he didnt remember me. I asked him 3 times he never brought me the light. They didnt even care if you had any complaints. I would never stay there again.

Staff was friendly, room was updated and clean, pool chairs and recliners were dry rotted and need to be replaced, the facility washers and dryers, only 1 washer was working and all dryers were of out of service

Not enough chairs for 4 people to sit in the room. Elevator will shake when in operation. Bathroom with a lot of condensation. No enough tower to cover 4 people in the room.

There was basically no breakfast two days in a row. The lady that was doing breakfast was there and she was making food. It was just no cups those spoons no plates no bowls..

The walls are pretty thin so you can hear what is going on all hours of the night. But nothing a little white noise playlist can't fix. The older lady that checked me in was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks!

I give this hotel a rating 1 out of 10

The only good thing at this hotel was Miss JJ, she was the lady who made breakfast every morning very friendly. During our stay the ran out of towels, plates, bowls, and cups for our breakfast. If you wanted to swim you had to skim the pool. There were a bunch of stray cats all over the outside of hotel. The picture of the hotel looks great, but looks can be deceiving. I was very disappointed and would not recommend staying there.

Hotel was decent outside environment had some homeless people but they don’t bother you or your personal space. Beds were comfy staff was pleasant breakfast wasn’t bad waffles sausage eggs muffins. I thought it was GREAT for the price.
