About this property

Spacious & Modern Home with everything you need!

  • Everything in this home is brand new, great family home that backs right up to the park with a private walking trail right off the back deck! The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms - over 3,000 SF for you and your group to be fully comfortable. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and granite countertops. Large bath tub off the master bedroom is sure to please after a busy day enjoying all Columbus has to offer.

    Guests have access to everything the house has to offer - all bedrooms, closets, including a finished basement, with separate smart TV and seating area.

    *Please note, there is a ring doorbell installed outside the house only to monitor the front door, along with 2 blink cameras that view only the front yard and driveway area so we can monitor outside the house only and keep the guests privacy! *please note, the basic price is for 4 guests and after the 4th guest you charge $30 per guest per night ,and if it is discovered that you’ve brought more guests to stay, than listed in the reservation, you will be charged $30 per night per extra person*
