This 3 bed 1.5 bath has been fully updated with the intention of upmost comfort as you are away from your home.
Whatever brings you in to Columbus, this home in the heart of Italian village is the perfect pairing with it's top notch location!
The space
The Tecumseh has the charm and character of the homes built the Italian Village, but has the modern updates and amenities for a great and comfortable stay.

Guests love the Tecumseh because it's set on a quiet street, but so close to all the restaurants and shops in the Great Short North that are minute walk away.

It's perfectly located, minutes from the airport, a nestled perfectly between downtown and OSU campus leaving you just a very short drive or power walk to both.

  • The second oldest building remaining on The Ohio State University campus, Orton Hall was opened in 1893. It is named after Dr Edward Orton, Sr. who served as Ohio State's first president, OSU Professor of Geology from 1873 to 1899, and Ohio's State Geologist from 1882 until his death in 1899. Orton Hall is built of 40 different Ohio building stones. In the outside walls, these stones are laid in stratigraphic order according to their relative positions in Ohio's bedrock. The only non-indigenous to Ohio stone used is Indiana Limestone to build the front steps. It was chosen because of its high concentration of embedded fossils. The bell tower was dedicated in 1915 and contains 25,000 pounds of bells that can be heard regularly tolling across campus. Encircling the top of the tower are 24 columns with gargoyle-like figures which are restorations of fossil animals.

Pictures didn’t do the property justice. It was beautiful! Amazing amenities that went above and beyond. The location was perfect to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Am planning to stay again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was exactly what we needed. The property is renovated, stylish and clean. Great kitchen and living space and comfortable beds. Tons of great restaurants and activities within walking distance and Scott the owner was very communicative with clear check-in instructions. After a long drive we really appreciated the welcome present in the frig. We will definitely book this again!

Awesome house, great neighborhood

We stayed for a concert at Nationwide and were able to walk to and from which was nice. Parking was not an issue for our 2 larger vehicles either. Would definitely recommend & stay again if ever the chance.

Great property. 4 adults were very comfortable. Excellent price point given location. Very close to the center of the Short North food and night life scene. Easy walks in both directions to reach Goodale or 5th Ave.Kitchen and bathrooms were very nice updated areas. Well appointed w coffee maker and Keurig. Lots of glasses. Solid wifi for our member who had to do some work while we were there. Single space, private, off street parking, which has become a premium in the Short North.Great communication w the property owner. Incredibly responsive to the couple of questions we had.Would highly recommended, and would be very comfortable staying there in the future.
