Location is off Brice Rd and I70. There is a traffic light at the intersection to enter property, which is very helpful with the amount of road construction in the area. The hotel was clean. The Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Conference Center
Room service never answered phone and when they finally did, they lost my order. WiFi frequently drops and staff says “sorry, we can’t do anything about it”. Front desk staff very pleasant and location is excellent.
