Clean room. Very helpful, patient & kind staff. Comfortable bed. Travelers need to realize that this is not really a family hotel. It’s more for young adults in their 20’s & 30’s. Beautiful modern design & decor. A very loud mixer (happy hour?) party was going on when we arrived at the outside bar. Then, they were celebrating the World Cup with another watch party. The neighborhood had a few restaurants when you walked a few blocks. No shuttle at all. The rooms were tiny, about half the size of regular hotels. The bed was on a platform which is harder for older adults (seniors). I just didn’t realize it when I was looking for a hotel for vacay. Staff was VERY accommodating when we decided to change to a more traditional hotel. They didn’t have to be so helpful. Rooms were clean & very well organized. Decor was GREAT!

Great location and very helpful staff

Small room with a broken TV. Clean but not a great value.

The hotel is well situated near transportation, restaurants and sightseeing attractions. The staff promptly addressed my requests and needs. I enjoyed my stay amd look forward to returning at the end of this month.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small but perfectly comfortable for our 2 night stay. My only suggestions for improvements would be: 1. Small refrigerator in the room (we have meds that need to be refrigerated). 2. A nightstand with accessible outlets on the window side of the bed. We did not have enough outlets or space to charge our phones, sleep machines, Nooks, etc.
