Leaving the front gate there are a few meters away: shops, restaurants, pizzerias, game rooms, supermarkets, ice cream parlors.
Completely renovated with air conditioning, natural gas system, perfectly equipped eat-in kitchen.
It consists of 1 double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed plus a single bed, and there is the possibility of an uletriore double bed placed in the large dining room (tot 7 beds)
There is a balcony with a table and chairs for dining outside.
Since it is located in the most frequented area of all the Ferrara beaches, despite being surrounded by pine trees, it is not an extremely silent area.
