"More staff needed in the atrium restaurant in the evenings. Poor girl was run off her feet going bar, taking orders, serving food, clearing tables and trying to obtain drinks from a bar that wasn’t stocked.. Rach. Your a credit to the team "

"Very helpful, friendly staff, delicious food, luxurious hotel, loved my huge room and bathroom (best shower ever!), parking available on the street and in the garage, and on the seafront, about 10 minutes walk into town. Brilliant experience."

"The lobby, bar and restaurant have an elegant and timeless feel. I loved relaxing on the terrace with a cup of tea and a book. The room was large but my air conditioner didn’t work and the bed felt worn/old. I mentioned it to the desk and they put a mattress topper on the bed which really fixed the issue. The windows opened and in late August with the fan in the room - I was comfortable. The comfort of the rest of the hotel and the fantastic sauna, pool and hot tub made up for the bed and air con to the point that I will definitely stay here again!"
