"The facility in general is in need of major updating. Paint on room entry doors badly worn. In our room #115, there was water in the carpet near the bed, the toilet leaked, the clothes hanger on the inside of the bathroom door was falling our and more. There was also a semi truck parked in the lot adjacent our room that for our entire time in the room had it's generator running delivering a low whine on a continuous basis. Best rating for this facility is 2. A lot of updates needed."

"I had an amazing stay this past weekend at the Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star, and it exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of The Star, with so many great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options just steps away. It made the entire experience so convenient and fun, especially with everything going on for the NFL Draft weekend. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were especially comfortable, which is always a big plus after a long day out. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience, and that level of service does not go unnoticed. The amenities were also top-notch. The pool area was a great place to unwind, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt upscale yet still very inviting. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Whether you’re visiting for an event at The Star, a Cowboys fan experience, or just a weekend getaway, I highly recommend the Omni Frisco Hotel. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Door was hard to open. Refrigerator had no climate control. Bathroom facet leaked. Water stains on ceiling from leaking room above me. Patio was dirty and not cleaned. Door key continuously malfunctioned Rude overnight clerk."

"When we arrived and talked with the very unhelpful manager, we were told the room we booked on hotels.com didn’t even exist, and the pictures on the site were inaccurate. They were unable to provide a room with the sleeping arrangements we needed, though we paid extra to have the accommodations, so we requested a cancellation. The hotel is under construction, and didn’t even have restroom signs up. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This hotel served its purpose. Great location and close to everything. The trash cans were overflowing in the evening, no hot water in the evenings, bedding was thin, and breakfast very lacking. We usually love this hotel chain but this location wasn’t the best."

"Nice clean hotel, quiet location. The parking is non-existing. The parking garage is located behind the hotel but is not connected to the hotel in anyway. There is no parking on the street— you must park in the garage @ 32.00 a night or valet park for the same. This is highway robbery!!! I don’t think I’ll be choosing this location again. "
