"Modern and updated space; makes for a great home-base for a mid-sized group when in Winter Park. Had a group up there for summer fun (about an hour away from RMNP). Would be a really sweet spot in the winter, very close to the slopes."

"Property was super cute with the A style home. Outdoors was so beautiful. The river was so pretty as well. Great layout and hot tubs were very relaxing. Inside the home it was clean but some things could be cleaner. The couch had dog hairs, some silverware had stains, the shampoo/conditioner bottles were definitely not cleaned because there was black around the bottom of the bottles. Regardless of these issues the place itself was a charm. The wooden walkway gave it a nice feel. I would definitely book again and do recommend."

"This is a fantastic property! It's a beautiful home that is very well supplied with everything you'll need. The kitchen was fully equipped - an abundance of dishware for hosting large groups. Ample options of pots, pans, knives, blenders, and anything else you could think of. Even the very well organized "junk drawer" was stocked with extra batteries for remotes, chargers, and more. This place truly has every amenity you could think of including a large collection of games and puzzles for entertainment.The bedrooms and living areas were all comfortable with plenty of seating and space to spread out. We had a large group of 11 and everyone to slept comfortably. When we return to Winter Park there will be no question where we will be staying next,"
