"Check in was the worst experience, you have to download and app, yet you still need interaction with the front desk. Staff are great, super helpful but the check in is a nightmare. The building is a bit tired and worn, it all works and the location is great. Nothing in Winter Park base station you have to drive into Winter Park town for any half decent restaurants."

"The front office staff was efficient, but definitely not warm and friendly. No warm greetings and no smiles. I spent a career in Customer Service and I think they need more work. The hotel advertised a heated pool. There was nothing heated about that pool."

"Fantastic views! Very responsive host. An ideal location to pop in for a quick lunch and then get back out on the ski slopes. We will definitely stay here again!"

"We had the best time at Zephyr Lodge. Cannot beat the location!! You can look out from the deck to see if the hot tub is empty. We had it to ourselves 5 out of 6 times. Kids had a great time with the freedom of staying in the village. Sadly, not the best conditions this season, but the stay was great! Charlotte was quick to communicate with us about any questions we had, and the ski lockers were easy to use and convenient. Wish there were hot tub towels, but the listing let us know, so I packed camping towels. Even did a load of laundry, purchasing soap from the Mercantile in the village. Great stay, thanks Charlotte! "

"Condo was clean and as described. Location was convenient with hot tub on the same floor. Host was great at communicating before and during our stay. Would stay again!"

"This place was great for my family of four! One slept on the pullout sofa and the other on the air mattress. Fully stocked kitchen. Gas fireplace. Very quiet building. Once in the building, the ski lockers are on the first floor. There is an entrance in the front of the building by the Starbucks and market and another straight to the lockers on the back. So you’re walking maybe 75 yards from the gondola with your skis every day. Very easy to walk back to the place for lunch. There’s a gym onsite (it’s crowded right when the slopes close but not early am). We never used the hot tub, but it’s just a short walk (indoors) to get to it. Nice quiet lobby where I was able to get some work done before the lifts opened. The host was attentive and went above and beyond for us. "

"We loved the condo, just a few things that would be helpful. Instructions on the stove top, we figured it out but it doesn't cook very quickly and would keep turning off, would be nice if there were more dishwasher soap and trash bags bc we ate all our meals there and washed dishes daily would be nice to have a place to hang coats etc by the bench and somewhere to put skisice maker doesn't make very much ice,over alll great wxperience"
