"In the middle of a renovation and it's coming along nicely. The morning desk employee was absolutely rude. I called in the morning to request late check out (the hotel was mostly vacant and it was Sunday morning) and there was no answer. I went to the desk an hour before check out time. I observed the desk employee in questionable behavior with the cleaning staff. She was making fun of their accents and speaking very rudely to them. She returned to the desk when I got to it. I asked if I could extend my checkout by an hour. This is fairly standard and many properties have a fee schedule for this. She looked at me and said no. She needs to clean that room now so I needed to pack my things as quickly as possible and leave. This was my first interaction with this employee. She didn't know which room I was in or anything else of that nature. I did end up staying in the room until the agreed upon check out time, but still not understanding what reasoning she had to be rude to the other employees and myself. As far as her appearance at the front desk, I would have been given pause if I was checking in. Her clothes and hair were dirty and she was unpleasant and foul with horrendous grammar. This could be a great spot for the price, but they need a serious intervention with this particular employee. It left a horrible imprint and ending to an otherwise positive stay. "

"The sheets were clean, the mattress comfortable. There weren’t any drinking glasses, coffee cups, or any means to use the kitchenette in the room. There were two plastic cups for bathroom use. While I understand the need for security the key card for room use and moving about the building was awkward. Handicap parking was near the back door that you could only use after registering. Departing you had to drop your key at the front desk, exit via the front door and then walk around the building with your luggage to to the handicapped parking. Again I say awkward. "

"The place was dirty as soon as I pulled up to my room, I felt a hypothermic needle right next to my car was asked for a security deposit when nothing was stated our entire group she asked half of us for security deposit didn’t ask the other half try to be polite when speaking to the desk clerk no response Continental breakfast means more than just waffles, fruit and yogurt. We travel a lot and we like staying in Clarions but this experience has been the worst ever"

"The key isn’t working two times from the time I checked in. There is no hot water in the room. Staffs have to switch to other room."

"Almost a perfect stay! I’ve stayed at several Drury properties over the last 10 years, including Chicago, Austin, and Richmond VA, they’ve never let me down. My recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast was no exception. The location is great, tucked into a nice neighborhood and close to the Castleton and Keystone shopping areas. The lobby has a classic, welcoming feel. The staff across the board from reception to breakfast lounge to housekeeping were consistently courteous, attentive, and always available when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The entire property was spotless, from the entrance all the way to the room. The room itself was spacious, as was the bathroom, with a very comfortable bed and a large TV. A couple of minor downsides: the breakfast and dinner options were somewhat limited, and there wasn’t an in-room safe (which may not matter to everyone). Also the TV, there wasn’t a wide range of channels.By the way, I almost forgot to mention about the nice indoor swimming pool and the fitness room, nice add-ons. Would I come back? Absolutely yes!"

"The room was clean. One morning I came downstairs and their was a large rolling cart heaped full of trash bags sitting in one of the main hallways by the elevator. There is just one small elevator. Breakfast was not appealing - bacon did not look cooked which made me reluctant to try the eggs. Only instant oatmeal. No milk alternatives. The hotel is close to I-69 and my room was facing the highway. Poor sound insulation as I heard traffic noise throughout the night that was very loud (sounded like drag racing). Around 1:30 am a car pulled up to a parking spot right below my window. The people in the car got out, blasting music and stayed out there partying for two hours. No response from management. The other entry points were dark and covered and as a single woman did not feel safe to enter. I will not stay here again."
