About this property

Close to downtown Como, free parking. Convenient for Switzerland.

  • The apartment was completely renovated and furnished in 2025. It is equipped with all the amenities you need for your stay: a fully equipped kitchen, bed linens and bath linens, towels, as well as a TV with access to Netflix, Prime, and Disney+.
    Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. If you have special needs, please let us know your preferred times in advance to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay. The apartment is located in a area with plenty of amenities, including supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants just a short walk away. For a special breakfast or snack, I recommend trying Pasticceria Melillo, just a few metres from our apartment building. Famous for the quality of its products, it’s a true symbol of Italian excellence.
    You’ll have direct access to Switzerland. The Albate train station is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can easily visit various Swiss cities without having to drive. To get to Como’s historic centre, simply take a bus—it takes only 10 minutes—and the stop is just a few metres from the apartment.

Very nice apartment and well located

We found everything we needed in this apartment for the 2 nights we stayed. It is very close to supermarkets, Como city and with easy access to the highway. All clean and very well equipped.
