Ideal for couples or families (up to 3 guests), it features 1 bedroom, a bathroom, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a balcony. Just a stone’s throw from shops, restaurants, and the train station.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a charming 20th-century Lombard courtyard, accessible via stairs (no lift).
The living area is cosy and functional, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils, a comfortable sofa bed, and a TV for your entertainment.

A hallway leads to the bedroom, which features a large closet and USB ports for charging your devices. The modern bathroom has a spacious shower and a washing machine for your convenience.

The apartment’s setting is unique: the entrance to the courtyard patio is directly off the bustling Via Milano, but once the front door is closed, the city’s hustle and bustle fades away, creating a peaceful atmosphere. From the patio, a staircase leads directly to the apartment, ensuring privacy and comfort.

Via Milano is one of Como’s liveliest and most authentic streets, just a short walk from the historic centre and well-connected to the train stations and the city’s main attractions. Here you can soak up the everyday atmosphere of Como, among historic shops, traditional restaurants, modern bars, and local boutiques.

The area is ideal for those who want to experience Como like a true local: Piazza San Rocco, the ancient city walls, and the pedestrian shopping streets are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The Como Borghi station (with trains to Milan) and the Como San Giovanni station are easily accessible on foot or by public transport.

Please be advised that, in accordance with the legal requirements of the Lombardy Region and the municipal ordinance, a tourist tax is required. The amount is 3 euros per person per night, including children.
Cleaning fees are not included in the price and must be paid separately; the amount is 65€ per stay.
